At Him Arogya, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and return policy to maintain hygiene, safety, and authenticity.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Damaged or Tampered Product Delivery
You are eligible for a refund if:

The product was received without a proper seal

The bottle is broken, leaked, or physically damaged

A wrong product was delivered
To claim a refund in these cases:

An unboxing video is mandatory

The video must clearly show:

The unopened parcel

The entire opening process
-
The damaged or tampered condition

The video must be continuous and unedited
Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Product opened or used without valid proof of damage

No unboxing video provided
-
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery (except for no-results cases)

Change of mind after placing the order

Delays caused by courier companies

Failure to follow usage instructions mentioned on the label or advised by your practitioner

All claims (except no-result cases) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- The ₹199 paid for PP COD is non-refundable. In the event of an RTO (Return to Origin), this amount will not be refunded, as it is utilized to cover shipping costs, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes incurred through our payment partners.
